What is Capacity Building?

Capacity is the foundation that enables leaders and organizations to adapt, grow, and thrive in an ever-changing environment. It encompasses the resources, relationships, and reputation needed to navigate challenges sustainably to scale impact. True capacity building integrates both tangible assets (such as funding, technology, and staffing) and intangible strengths (like skills, knowledge, and leadership talent).
